SwapFace is an artificial-intelligence content-generation platform. All visual content displayed on or generated by SwapFace is AI-generated and is not a photographic or video record of actual sexually explicit conduct by real people.
§2257 / §2257A Exemption
Because the content does not record actual sexually explicit conduct of real persons, SwapFace is not a producer required to maintain performer age records under 18 U.S.C. §2257 / §2257A, and those record-keeping requirements are exempt / not applicable.
User-Uploaded Content
- Users are fully responsible for any material they upload and warrant that any person depicted is themselves or has given explicit consent and is an adult (18+) (see Content Policy and Terms of Use).
- SwapFace strictly prohibits any content involving minors (CSAM); suspected violations are removed, accounts terminated, and reports made to NCMEC and other authorities as required by law.
