How to permanently delete account and all associated data from the platform?
Currently, we do not offer the function to permanently delete accounts. However, if your account has been inactive for three months, it will be automatically set to dormancy status. While in dormancy, the system will encrypt and secretly store your data, and no one, including our team, can access it.
In addition, the only information we have is your email address, which was provided by Google during registration. If your account is dormant, all your personal data is encrypted and completely inaccessible.
